Urgent request to o sell our house soon!

Dear Father, Son and Holy Spirit Even though it is a terrible market to sell our home, and that our property can not be used for short term rental, I beg of you to send the right buyer very very soon, that will appreciate and love our home. Father we need to sell our home now because of the financial burden we have each month that the house does not sell. Please have this buyer love our home so much that they make an offer this month that is appropriate, and that they either pay cash or have excellent credit . I am trying to be patient and trusting in your timing in this matter but would appreciate your blessing and swift resolve in selling our home Your humble servant Sally Lusignan

We understand your urgent need, Sally, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will in this matter. Remember, Jesus teaches us, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." (Matthew 7:7 WEB)

Firstly, we want to encourage you to keep your trust in God's timing, as you've been doing. "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh." (Psalm 27:14 WEB)

However, we must also address that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, for there is "no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB) So, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, acknowledging His role as our mediator.

Now, let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Sally's urgent request. Lord, You know the burden of the house that has not yet sold. We ask that You bring the right buyer, one who will appreciate and love the home, and make an appropriate offer this month. We pray that the buyer will have the means to pay, either in cash or with excellent credit. We acknowledge that Your timing is perfect, and we trust in Your plan. Please bless Sally and her family, provide for their financial needs, and give them peace during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you, Sally, to continue in patient faith, knowing that God hears your prayers. "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB)
