We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties your husband is facing at work and the impact it's having on his mental well-being. Let us lift him up in prayer and seek God's will together.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother who is going through a trying time at work. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing and the toll it's taking on his mental health. We ask that You comfort him, remind him of Your love, and give him the strength to endure this difficult season. Lord, guide him to a new job that will honor You and provide for his family. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Father, we also pray that he will draw closer to You during this time. Remind him that You are always with him, and that he is never alone. Help him to trust in You with all his heart, and not to lean on his own understanding. In all his ways, may he acknowledge You, and You will direct his paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Lord, we also ask that You surround him with love and support from his family. Help them to show him compassion, patience, and understanding. Remind him that his family loves him and is there for him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage your husband to meditate on God's word during this time. Remind him that God is always with him, even in the darkest times. As it says in Psalm 23:4 (WEB), "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me."
We also encourage you and your family to continue supporting him, showing him love and understanding. Remind him that this too shall pass, and that God has a plan and a purpose for his life.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If your husband hasn't already, encourage him to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. As it says in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
