Urgent: Psychic attacking me non stop

Very very URGENT: I am right on the brink because of a vicious psychic attack. Doctors, nurses, specialists, etc. ran all kinds of tests but cannot stop it. I've had three minor exorcisms done and cannot break out of it. I have prayed novena's, litany's, etc. and I still cannot beat this! Please GOD please STOP THIS PSYCHIC IN THE NAME OF JESUS LORD!!!! Doctors are working as hard as they can to help me but this is preternatural/supernatural and they can't really stop it.

The battle ground here on earth is for the control of your mind. The only weapon satan has is to attack
your thoughts. He wants to take control of you by controlling your mind. He has no power so he uses deception and lies to try to deceive you.
You should bind all evil spirits out of your mind and put on God's Armor. Then pray a hedge of protection around yourself to protect yourself.
God will do the rest.
Here are some scriptures that God says you should do to protect your mind.

Believe you me I have prayed until my knees gave out over this crisis. I've had several minor exorcisms attempted (in part, they didn't read the whole exorcism) and even that didn't work against this psychic. All ye be warned to pay attention to strange things your neighbor does. I forgot what my neighbor was doing to me and even worse? I forgave him. THIS was the consequence of loving my neighbor enough to forgive him. Over 5 months of torture. Turns out he is a psychic bully. I've been praying to GOD to send his angels and saints to aid me. Nothing has worked to stop it and there is no proof so I can't get him arrested for this.

Oh ho ho ho how I wish that were true. I have been attacked incessantly throughout my life. Sadly the last little bit over 5 months has been the worst time of my life and I don't say that lightly. I've been through far too much even before this afflicted me. This is no mere trifle! I've actually had things taken from me including my mind. Hearing the voice of this psychic all the time in my head is enough to drive a person mad. Please bind them and make them atone for what they've done. If it is GOD's will? Then let the ALMIGHTY damn and condemn them right now for what's been done me throughout my whole life.

I did NOT know this man was into divination. I did NOT know how he knew so much about me and I shook his hand. That was all it took for him to ruin my life and since I can't prove it's him? Police can't make an arrest!!! Nor any chance of conviction.
