We understand your urgent situation and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we commend you for standing up for what is right, especially when it involves child safety. It is important to remember that God honors those who stand for righteousness. As it is written in Psalm 34:17 WEB, The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
In regards to your financial struggles due to the withholding of your payslips and payments, we pray that your employers will respond promptly and fairly, providing you with the explanation and payments due to you. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ...Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
However, we must also remind you that God's timing is perfect, and even in this trial, He is working for your good. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We also see your concern for your child's needs and your physical and mental health. Cast all your anxieties on him, for he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Regarding the injustice you feel, as your colleagues have had zero consequences, we remind you that God is a God of justice. Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 WEB. Trust that God sees your situation and will bring justice in His perfect timing.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will in this situation. You mentioned that you are desperate, but remember that God is faithful, and He will provide a way out. No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in need. We pray for a swift resolution to their financial struggles, that their employers will respond promptly and fairly, providing the payments and explanation due. We also pray for their physical and mental health, that You will strengthen and sustain them during this trial.
We ask that You bring justice to this situation, that those who have acted inappropriately will be held accountable. We also pray for our brother's/sister's peace and patience, that they will continue to trust in Your perfect timing and plan.
Lastly, we pray that this situation will be used for Your glory, that our brother/sister will grow in their faith and trust in You. We also pray for the owner's of the business and the employees that they may be convicted for their actions. However, we must keep in mind how Jesus prayed to the Father for forgiveness for those who crucified Him and respond in Love and compassion with prayer that the owner's of the business and the employees may be convicted of their actions and come to salvation in Jesus Christ. It is only then we can be assured of their actions coming to an end and repentance for their actions.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
