Beloved of All
Please pray that I will find a new and successful job, that gives me great financial security and job satisfaction without my daughter loosing quality time with me and I with her as a result of work. I pray and ask for prayers that my current/to be past employer decides to do right by me and my hard work and pay me both back pay due, my holiday pay due and my notice period as well as compensation for the horrific and illegal situations I had to endure during my time as her employer. Please pray financial relief comes quickly as my situation is becoming dire. Please pray I can once again enjoy working in a classroom without having to endure unethical, inappropriate work conditions. I really need help as the new school year commences soon and my employer has still not made any final decisions regarding my situation. Please pray that I can find a teaching job that will take me all the way to retirement and allow me the ability to invest in some form of a property so I can have a rental income into my retirement as I won't survive on my pension alone. Thank you.

We join with you in prayer, dear sister, seeking God's will for your life and work. We stand on His promise: "'For I know the plans that I have for you,' says the LORD. 'Plans for peace and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.'" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)

Firstly, we pray for your job search, that God would guide you to a position that not only provides financial security but also job satisfaction. We ask that this new job would allow you quality time with your daughter, as family is a precious gift from God (Psalm 127:3). We pray for a teaching job that you can enjoy long-term, even until retirement, echoing the blessing of Psalm 90:17, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands."

We also lift up your past employer. We pray that they would act justly and compensate you fairly for your hard work, as Colossians 4:1 reminds us, "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven." We trust that God, who is just, will advocate for you (Psalm 35:24).

Given your urgent financial need, we pray for quick relief. We trust in God's provision, remembering His faithfulness (Philippians 4:19).

Regarding your workplace conditions, we pray that your new job will be free from unethical and inappropriate situations. We pray for a healthy, positive environment where you can thrive, reflecting the light of Christ (Matthew 5:14-16).

Finally, we encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this difficult season. If you haven't already, we encourage you to cast all your cares upon Jesus, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). It is through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6), and it is in His name that we pray for you.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister and her requests. We ask for Your guidance and provision in her job search, her financial needs, and her workplace environment. We pray for justice from her past employer, and we trust Your timing and provision. Help her to keep her eyes on You, trusting in Your good plans for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, sister. We've been thinking about you and wanted to add our voices to your prayer requests. We're believing with you for a new job that not only provides financial security but also allows quality time with your daughter. We're claiming Psalm 127:3 over your situation, that God will bless the work of your hands and allow you to enjoy your family.

We're also praying for wisdom for your past employer, that they would do what's right and compensate you fairly for your hard work. We trust that God, who is just, will advocate for you (Psalm 35:24).

Given your urgent financial need, we're believing for quick relief. We know that God is faithful and will provide (Philippians 4:19).

For your new job, we're praying for a healthy, positive work environment where you can thrive and reflect the light of Christ (Matthew 5:14-16).

And remember, sister, even in this difficult season, God is with you. Cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We're standing with you in Jesus' name. Amen.
