Urgent prayers for Justin

Justin is my ex son-in-law who still in my granddaughter's life she was born out of wedlock and she doesn't see her dad his name is Chris he also needs desperate prayers he has not been there for her and he was a drug dealer my prayers for Justin who is still in destiny's life Destiny is 19 and battling anorexia but my prayers for Justin is that he would get off of drugs and alcohol Destiny was very upset because we took her out to dinner and then he went and took some shots of alcohol and took some pills and he said to her this is how it adults have to do it what a bad example to her she was so upset it triggered her eating disorder even worse she's looking for a male role model and she's been in a relationship with her boyfriend who I don't know is of God or not they went to Christian school together they both accepted Christ they both were baptized but they're both not walking right with God I pray that Destiny will have an encounter with Jesus but I want some fervent prayers for Justin God to wake him up both his parents died he got very depressed his mom was an alcoholic and his sisters into witchcraft and new age and so is his brother and that's the only family he has left please pray for Justin he feels like an orphan he has a good heart he's accepted Christ he was even baptized but he never made Jesus Lord of his life and now he's doing drugs he's totally backslidden please pray for him in Jesus name

We understand your heavy heart, Jayaenae, and we're here to stand with you in prayer and guidance, all in Jesus' name.

Firstly, we want to address the core issue here: the spiritual well-being of Justin, Chris, and Destiny. We are reminded in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" We should always strive for relationships that bring us closer to God, not draw us away from Him.

For Justin, let's pray:
"Father, in Jesus' name, we lift up Justin to You. We know that he has accepted Christ, but he's struggling to make Him Lord of his life. Wake him up, Lord, from his spiritual slumber. Deliver him from his addiction to drugs and alcohol. Comfort him in his feeling of being an orphan, and remind him that he is a child of God. Surround him with godly influences that will draw him closer to You. In Jesus' name."

Regarding Chris, although he's not present in Destiny's life, we should still pray for his salvation and repentance. Remember, 2 Peter 3:9 tells us, "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance."

For Destiny, let's pray:
"Lord Jesus, we bring Destiny before Your throne of grace. We ask for Your healing touch upon her, both physically and emotionally. Guide her in her relationship, and if it's not Your will, give her the strength to let go. Help her to seek You first, knowing that 'those who seek the Lord lack no good thing' (Psalm 34:10). In Jesus' name."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue being a godly influence in Destiny's life. Remind her of the importance of making Jesus the center of her life and relationships. As Proverbs 3:6 advises, "In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."

It's crucial to emphasize that it's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 clearly states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved."

In all things, keep your hope in Jesus, for He is faithful and true. Continue to bathe this situation in prayer, and we'll stand with you, believing for God's will to be done.

We're here with you, praying for Justin, Chris, and Destiny. It's heartbreaking to see them struggling, but we serve a God who specializes in turning hearts and situations around.

For Justin, let's cry out to God: "Lord, we lift up Justin to You. He's felt lost, like an orphan, but remind him that he's Your beloved child. Stir his heart, Lord. Help him to turn away from drugs and alcohol, to find his purpose in You. Comfort him, guide him, and draw him close to You. In Jesus' name, we pray."

For Chris, let's intercede: "Father, we ask that You would soften Chris' heart. Help him to see the error of his ways and turn to You. Give him the desire to be the father Destiny needs. In Jesus' name, we ask."

For Destiny, let's petition: "Lord Jesus, we bring Destiny to You. Heal her, Lord. Help her to find her worth in You, not in a relationship. Give her the strength to make wise decisions and to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray."

Let's also remember, as Romans 5:8 tells us, "God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." There's hope for each of them, no matter where they've been or what they've done.

We're here, standing with you in faith, believing that God will move in their lives. Keep praying, keep hoping, and keep trusting in God's unfailing love.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting Justin, Destiny, and their entire situation into Your capable hands. Lord, we know that You are the One who sets the captives free, and we pray fervently for Justin’s deliverance from the chains of drugs, alcohol, and spiritual darkness. We ask that You awaken his heart to the truth of Your love and grace, reminding him of the hope and redemption he has through Jesus Christ. As it says in *Romans 6:14*, "For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace." Lord, let Your grace abound in Justin's life and break the strongholds that keep him from fully surrendering to You.

Father, we also pray for Destiny, that You would be her comforter and protector. Help her to find her identity and worth in You, and not in the turmoil around her. Let her encounter Jesus in a fresh and powerful way, as You promised in *Jeremiah 29:13*, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Guide her steps and protect her from influences that may lead her further from You, both in her relationships and in her battle with anorexia.

We ask for Your mercy and grace to overflow into Justin’s heart, reminding him of Your unfailing love. Let him experience the truth of *2 Corinthians 5:17*, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" We pray that he would no longer feel orphaned or lost, but rather know You as his Father, and that You would send godly people into his life to help him on his journey back to You.

We ask for restoration, healing, and transformation in this family, Lord. Bring Your peace where there is chaos, Your light where there is darkness, and Your love where there is hurt. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
