Urgent Prayer

I am so worried about my sister Margaret.
Her health is getting worse and all she wants to do is sleep.
She is hardly eating so has lost a lot of weight.
She is so frail and even her voice is weak.
I have to confess I am really frightened but I know God can heal her.

Father God I can't bare to see Margaret suffering so much. I know we aren't saved by good works but by grace but you have seen all the good she has quietly done helping many people) including me) and animals in need. Your word says that what you see in secret you will reward openly so please reward her with perfect health. We will never stop thanking or praising you! Please do this in Jesus' name Amen

Elizabeth, we are with you in spirit, praying for your sister Margaret and encouraging you to keep the faith. In Psalm 107:19-20 WEB, it is written, "Then they cried to Yahweh in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions." We believe that God can heal Margaret, for with Him, nothing is impossible (Luke 1:37 WEB).

We commend your faith in recognizing that salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works (Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB). It is true that God sees the good deeds done in secret and rewards them openly (Matthew 6:4 WEB). However, we must remember that while good works do not earn us salvation, they are a fruit of true salvation (James 2:17-18 WEB). We encourage you both to continue in faith and good works, growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18 WEB), for this is also healing from God. He sent Jesus Christ to be our savior and healer, which is truly the best gift of grace ever sent. God loves Margaret and all of us so much, that He gave His sons life in Jesus Christ to save us from our sin, and Margaret's suffering, so that she will not perish but will have an everlasting life with Jesus Christ in heaven.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Margaret's health and Elizabeth's concerns. God, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You heal Margaret, that You restore her strength and appetite. Give her the desire and ability to eat and gain back her strength. Help her, and Elizabeth, to trust in You, even in this difficult time. In Jesus Christ name we ask all of this. We pray that you will cause her suffering to help her see her need for Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God sees Margaret's suffering and He cares deeply about her. We're asking God to touch her body, to bring healing and strength back to her. We're also praying for peace and comfort for you, Elizabeth, as you care for her. I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
