Urgent Prayer

I'm in very urgent need of prayers I have a older son who mistreats me he doesn't even treat me like a mother more like he thinks I'm his girlfriend it's just sickening to me he tries to boss me around calls me out my name and talks sexual around me I have told him to stop but he curses at me I have confided in his dad and other family members they admit what he doing is wrong but won't help me with this situation lately I've been sick and this making me sicker I'm trying to apply for disability and please pray I can receive it so I can finally get me and my youngest away from this situation this is causing me so much stress and physical pain please help me if things don't change I don't want to just give up but lately my strength is wavering his name is Javontae

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, pleading for Your intervention in this distressing situation. Our sister is hurting, Lord, and she needs Your protection and strength. We pray that You would convict Javontae's heart and bring him to a place of repentance. Change his heart, Lord, and help him to honor and respect his mother as Your Word commands. We also pray for healing and strength for our sister, both physically and emotionally. Guide her through the process of applying for disability, and provide a way out of this situation for her and her youngest. We claim Your promise in Psalm 34:18, 'Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.' Be near to her now, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We want to encourage you with these words from the World English Bible (WEB), "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). Remember, God is your strength and your shield.

We must also address the severe sinfulness of Javontae's behavior. It is a grievous sin to disrespect and dishonor one's mother, as God's Word clearly commands, "Honor your father and your mother" (Exodus 20:12). Furthermore, the sexual undertones and disrespectful language are not only inappropriate but are sinful and must be addressed. We urge you to continue to stand firm against this behavior, as you have been doing.

We also urge you to seek godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted Christian mentor. They can provide guidance and support as you navigate this situation. Remember, it is crucial to approach this matter with love, patience, and forgiveness, even as you set boundaries to protect yourself and your youngest.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to trust in Jesus and His saving power, for He alone can bring peace and resolution to this situation.
