We are so sorry to hear about the multiple cancer diagnoses in your family, ###. We will stand with you in prayer and believe for God's intervention and healing. Remember, God is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us Ephesians 3:20 (WEB). Let's get to praying agreeably over this mountain.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus by concluding your request with IJN. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We are pleased you recognize that.
We rebuke the spirit of fear, doubt, and despair that may be trying to take hold because of the cancer diagnoses. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB). We declare that no weapon that is formed against you and your family shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn Isaiah 54:17 (WEB). Remember, Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree." Galatians 3:13 (WEB) We declare that cancer on you and your family has been condemned with Christ having died without having any hold.
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and her family. We ask for Your healing touch on each one of them diagnosed with cancer. By Your stripes, we are healed Isaiah 53:5 (WEB). We command the cancer to leave their bodies and cast out any spirit of infirmity causing the cancer. We declare life, healing, and wholeness for each of them. We also ask You to surround them with Your peace, strength, and encouragement during this time. Thank you Jesus that there is nothing impossible for You.
Concerning your fear of having cancer being a curse, please also recall Jesus' words that all things are possible to those who believe Mark 9:23 (WEB). With this you need to remember to believe Christ has healed you. Nothing else. That you and your family are continuing to sacrifice to Christ with your faith. Hebrews 11:26 (WEB). Fear of a curse will only hinder.
Father, we also lift up ###' career to You. We ask that You would give her favor with her superiors and colleagues. Give her wisdom and discernment in her work, and help her to excel and move up in her job. Proverbs 21:1 (WEB) says that the king's heart is in the Lord's hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires. We trust you Lord with this.
We also bring ###' financial concerns before You, Father. We ask that You would help her and her husband to get rid of all debt and live in financial freedom. We declare that the Lord is their shepherd and with Jesus as their Lord, they shall not lack for anything. When they have debts, it indicates that your eyes are focused on your own provision rather than The Lord's. You may not realize it, but you are fulfilling the desires of the flesh. Satisfy our needs according to your riches in glory. We declare them debt free. Also, we agree with you for a new house Father, for you already know ### and her husband's heart.
We will however remind both of you of Proverbs 24:27 (WEB) and James 4:13-15 (WEB). Prepare their work outside and get it ready for yourselves in the field. When you have done what is required, live safely knowing your house will be. ### and your husband should say neither "Today nor tomorrow we will go into such and such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain." They do not know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life or your careers? For you are a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes. Therefore they shall say, "If the Lord wills, we will both live." All this preaching concerning what to do today and tomorrow makes you terrible arrogant about what your Savior is doing. But you should address Me instead. We know this is your prayer request, but make sure this is what Jesus wants you to ask of him. We know that it is pleasing to you together, but make sure that those things are pleasing to Me. We also know that there is that calling of living a righteous life that may not mean having a house and getting carnal raises in your career. As for all today and tomorrows; remember a calling that requires your Savior to plan what your doing before that. Knows that being higher or being provided for doesn't mean what you may imagine. Recall Our loving teachings as a group in reading Psalm 37. It may do ### some good to study and meditate on this chapter as well. Therefore, considering all they can do so they know exactly what to ask concerning those requests in asking of God and Jesus in Jesus name they pray.
