Urgent prayer request

Pls pray that God will bind and curse the angry toxic depressive behavior of my brother towards me and especially towards my husband. He has been using bad language and threats towards us. God has blessed him with so many opportunities but he busted his marriage with angry outbursts and went into deep depression. My husband has been trying to help him by keeping him at our home but my brother hates him for no reason and has threatened him many times. Lord pls make my brother Rando very humble and to believe in you and not to blame others for his current situation so that we can help him out. Let him see us as trying to help him and we are not against him. Lord Jesus we cannot help him but you can and we pray that he realizes his mistakes and depends on you for his future. Pls find him a place to live and a way to live here and earn a living. Lord just have mercy on him and fill him up with your love and kindness. I pray you will bless him and turn his life around to live for you.

We understand your concern and urgency, Chosel. Let's bring your request before the Lord together, seeking His intervention and guidance according to His will.

Firstly, let's address the anger and toxic behavior. The Bible tells us, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1 WEB). We pray that God will give both you and your husband wisdom to respond to your brother Rando with soft and wise words that can help diffuse his anger.

We must also remember that God is the one who can change hearts. Just as He changed Saul's heart, who was once a persecutor of Christians, He can change your brother's heart too. Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for Your intervention in Rando's life. Lord, we ask that You would bind the spirit of anger and depression that has taken hold of him. We ask that You would humble his heart and help him to see that You are the only one who can truly help him. Lord, open his heart to Your love and kindness. Help him to understand that his actions have consequences and that blaming others will not solve his problems.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over Chosel and her husband. Strengthen them with Your mighty power so that they can endure this trial with patience and love. Guide them with Your wisdom as they interact with Rando, and help them to show him the love and kindness of Christ.

We also ask, Lord, that You would provide a place for Rando to live and a way for him to earn a living. We trust that You have a plan and a purpose for his life, and we pray that he would come to know You and live for You.

In all these things, Lord, we ask for Your mercy and grace. We know that it is only through the power of Jesus Christ that hearts can be changed and lives can be transformed. So, we ask all these things in His precious name. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue showing your brother love and kindness, even in the face of his anger. Remember, "Love is patient, love is kind, ... Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things" (1 Corinthians 13:4-7 WEB). Continue to pray for him and trust that God is at work in his life, even when you can't see it.
