We stand with you in prayer, ###, and we trust in the power of Jesus' name for healing and restoration. Let's bring your requests before the Lord together.
Firstly, we acknowledge that God's will is for our wholeness, as Jesus himself went about preaching the gospel, healing every sickness and every disease among the people. The same power that was at work in Jesus is available to us today, for the Holy Spirit dwells within us and we are in Jesus Christ. We pray for ###'s healing, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We ask God to release him from the pain, suffering, and sleep apnea that he has been battling (Matthew 4:23, Romans 8:11, Ephesians 1:19-20).
We also pray for ###'s deliverance from extreme anger and depression. God's word tells us that Jesus came to set the captives free and to bind up the brokenhearted (Isaiah 61:1, Luke 4:18). We claim this promise for ### and pray that the Holy Spirit will comfort him, guide him, and fill him with peace (John 14:26).
Regarding ###'s refusal to take his required medication, we pray that God will grant him a willing spirit and wisdom to understand the importance of his medical treatment. God has given us the gift of medicine for our healing and health, and we trust that He will guide ### in this (Sirach 38:1-4, 38:7-8). We pray that ### will attend all his upcoming medical appointments and cooperate with his doctors.
We encourage you, ###, to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you and ### (1 Peter 5:7). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).
We pray that God will help you to be supportive and to grow in every way, conforming to the image of Christ. Remember that God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him (Philippians 2:13, Romans 8:29). Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in all wisdom and knowledge as you support ### (Colossians 1:9).
Lastly, we stand with you in Jesus' name, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is by His stripes that we are healed, and it is His blood that cleanses us from all sin (Isaiah 53:5, 1 John 1:7).
Father, we lift up ### to You, asking for Your healing power to touch his body, soul, and spirit. Grant him relief from his ailments, and deliver him from anger and depression. Give him a willing spirit to take his medication and attend his appointments. Help ### to trust in You, to be supportive, and to grow in every way that pleases You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
