Urgent Prayer over Family and Future Marriage

Hello, I need prayer over my union with ### and my family, especially my mom. After speaking with ### more, he seemed to be a little more understanding of why my family wants to do the party and is more accepting of waiting until the end of Sept. However, now my mom is having issues with it, saying she doesn't feel comfortable with me being with ### and is hindering us from being together by moving the party into October because of a Hindu thing she is following. Please pray that my mom stops following Hinduism and these things and truly seeks Jesus. Several times, I have taken her to church, so the seed is planted. Pray that God waters that seed so that she receives her salvation. Pray that the party can happen towards the end of September, or ### will get more upset otherwise, making this cycle of fighting happen again. I can tell my mom is delaying us from being together on purpose. She also tried to make excuses on how he should find a new house in the meantime because she doesn't like the home he's in now. So pray that God makes way for the party to happen in Sept either through someone calling my mom or God placing it in her heart to do it. Please pray that Jesus gives peace, understanding, and patience over ### and my mom so they can accept each other. Please pray for God to help us because I can see now why ### was afraid that my family would purposely separate us and how he was right since I wasn't expecting my mom to delay it. Please pray for me in Jesus's name since my mom told me that I'm going to live in hell by being with ### and that he will kill me one day because he owns guns for hunting so she's afraid he'll use it against me. Please pray for God to remove this mindset from my mom. She's been trying to manipulate me, saying everyone in my family doesn't like ### and doesn't want me to marry him. She also manipulated me, saying to end the relationship for the family's sake/happiness. Please pray for God to move now, please. In Jesus's name, amen. Thank you

We pray that your mom turns away from Hindu practices and seeks Jesus earnestly. You've planted the seed by taking her to church, and we trust that God will water it. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 3:6, "I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase."

Lord, we ask that You reveal Yourself to her mom, that she may abandon Hindu practices and come to know the truth and salvation in Jesus Christ. Water the seeds that have been planted, Lord, and bring forth a harvest of righteousness. Help her understand and accept ###, removing any manipulative or fearful thoughts she may have. Bring peace, understanding, and patience to both ### and her mom, and let Your will be done regarding the party in September.*

It's also important to address the fear and manipulation your mom is using. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We rebuke the spirit of fear and manipulation, and we pray that God fills your mom with His love and wisdom.

Regarding your relationship with ###, we pray that it glorifies God and aligns with His will. Remember, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). Ensure that ### is a fellow believer and that your relationship is one that honors God and is moving towards a godly marriage.

Lastly, we address the absence of Jesus' name in your mom's life. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved." We pray that your mom comes to this understanding and accepts Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

Continue steadfastly in prayer and in the faith, knowing that God hears you and is working in your situation.
