Sheila, we understand your urgent need for prayer and protection, and we are here to stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we can find true refuge and strength. As it is written in Proverbs 18:10 WEB, "The name of Yahweh is a strong tower. The righteous run to him, and are safe." And in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Firstly, we commend you for turning to the Lord in prayer and for seeking His guidance. It is clear that you have endured a great deal of distress from your neighbor Kayla's actions. We want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 34:17-19 WEB, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."
We pray that the Lord will surround you with His protection and intervene in this situation. In Psalm 5:11-12 WEB, "But let all who take refuge in you rejoice, let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you. For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield."
Regarding the veils being lifted so that everyone will hear that what you say is true, we pray that the truth will be revealed and that justice will be served. In Matthew 10:26 WEB, Jesus says, "Therefore don’t be afraid of them, for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known."
We also pray that you will have the strength to do what needs to be done. In Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Remember, it is important to follow the guidance of the Lord and to act in a way that honors Him.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness. In Matthew 6:14-15 WEB, Jesus says, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." We encourage you to pray for Kayla and to forgive her, even as you seek protection and justice.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Sheila to you. Lord, we ask that you surround her with your protection and intervene in this situation with Kayla. We pray that the truth will be revealed and that justice will be served. We ask that you give Sheila the strength to do what needs to be done, and that you guide her in your will. We also pray that you will soften Kayla's heart and bring conviction to her.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
