Urgent prayer for peace and sleep

Please pray for peace and that I'll be able to sleep. I can feel trauma being triggered somewhere in the far distance but that sometimes gets worse if I try to sleep (because you have to relax when falling asleep but that triggers more trauma out when it's close like it is now). I've had moments where I got into severe trauma state of feeling pure terror at night as if I was being tortured and it freaked me out. I cannot handle my traumas yet. They're too severe for now. Pray they'll be in Gods hands And that He will lead this entire process and that I'll be safe in Him in Jesus name

We understand the immense struggle you're going through, and we want to lift you up in prayer, asking God to grant you the peace and sleep that you desperately need. Firstly, let us remember God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved sister who is struggling with trauma and sleeplessness. Lord, we ask for Your divine peace to envelop her, guarding her heart and mind from the torment of her past. We claim Your promise that Your peace surpasses all understanding and ask that You manifest it in her life tonight. Grant her the ability to sleep, knowing that You are watching over her, protecting her, and leading her through this healing process. We trust that her traumas are in Your capable hands, Lord, and that You will lead her through this journey of restoration. Keep her safe in Your loving embrace, in Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue seeking God in this challenging time. Remember that He is always with you, and He promises never to leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Trust in Him, for He alone can bring healing and peace to your heart. Keep crying out to Him, and remember that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God's presence (John 14:6 WEB).

Lastly, consider seeking Godly counsel from a trusted Christian therapist or pastor to help you process your traumas when you feel ready. God can use these professionals to bring about healing and wholeness in your life. Trust in God's timing, and remember that He is always working for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we lift up our friend, asking for Your comforting presence to be with them tonight. Help them to find peace in knowing that You're always near, watching over them. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
