We stand with you in prayer, dear parent, as you seek God's intervention for your son. The Bible tells us, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." (Matthew 18:20 WEB) We are gathered here in Jesus' name, lifting your son up to the Father.
Firstly, we pray for his living situation. We ask God to open doors and make a way where there seems to be no way. "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7 WEB)
Secondly, we pray for his marriage. We pray that God would intervene and bring healing, understanding, and love. We rebuke any actions or attitudes that do not align with God's design for marriage, as outlined in His word. "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." (Genesis 2:24 WEB) We pray that their union would be strengthened and that they would seek God together.
We also pray for their finances. We ask God to provide for their needs and teach them to manage their finances in a way that honors Him. "But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is today." (Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB)
Lastly, we pray for his health. We ask God to comfort and heal him, and to give him peace in the midst of these trials. "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." (Psalm 55:22 WEB)
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this son to You. You know his needs, Lord. You know the struggles he's facing. We ask that You would reveal Your love and power to him in a tangible way. We ask for a miracle, Lord. A miracle that only You can perform. We trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, amen.
We encourage your son to keep his faith and trust in Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) Remind him to keep praying and seek God's will in all things.
