Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Evangelist Busie, her sister Register, her husband Pastor Mike, and their church in Kambuzuma. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the promises of God, as it is written in Matthew 18:19-20 WEB: "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Firstly, we pray for Register's healing. We stand against the spirit of infirmity that has caused this tumor and the persistent headaches. We pray for the doctors to have wisdom and skill as they perform the procedure to drain the water from the tumor. We declare that Register's body will respond positively to the treatment and that she will be completely healed, in Jesus' name. We are reminded of the promise in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB: "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his stripes."
Secondly, we lift up Pastor Mike's job search. We pray that the Lord will open the right doors and that Pastor Mike will receive favor in the job market. We declare that the Lord will provide for all of their financial needs, according to His riches in glory. We remember the promise in Philippians 4:19 WEB: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We also take this opportunity to encourage Pastor Mike and Evangelist Busie to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this time of financial difficulty, as it is written in Psalm 37:25 WEB: "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."
Lastly, we pray for the church in Kambuzuma. We pray for growth, unity, and financial provision for the church. We declare that the Lord will add to the church daily such as should be saved. We pray that the church will be a beacon of light and hope in the community, and that the members will be united in love and purpose. We remember the promise in Acts 2:47 WEB: "praising God, and having favor with all the people. The Lord added to the assembly day by day those who were being saved."
We also take this opportunity to remind Evangelist Busie and Pastor Mike of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are effective, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Finally, we pray that Evangelist Busie, her family, and their church will continue to trust in the Lord and His promises, even in the face of these challenges. We declare that they will emerge from these trials stronger and more steadfast in their faith. We remember the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our sisters and brothers in Zimbabwe. We pray for Register's healing, for Pastor Mike's job search, and for the church in Kambuzuma. We declare Your promises over their lives and their situation, and we trust in Your faithfulness to meet their needs. We ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
