We join with you, Gothanelemb, in lifting up your daughter Jeanille to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It's wonderful that you've come to us with your petition, and we stand in agreement with you, knowing that Jesus himself said, "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." (Matthew 18:19-20 WEB)
Firstly, we praise God for the precious gift of your daughter, as children are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3). Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus to intercede for Jeanille. We ask, Lord, that You watch over her and protect her from all harm and the snares of the enemy. Grant her the wisdom and discernment to navigate through life's challenges and to avoid dangerous situations and people. Lord, we know that You are faithful, and You will not let her be tempted beyond what she is able, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that she may be able to bear it (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Lord, we ask that You be her safeguard, guiding her steps and keeping her healthy and happy in all stages of her life. May she have the courage to stand up for her beliefs and walk closely with You, trusting in Your plan for her life. Help her to make smart decisions in all circumstances, seeking counsel and rest in You first and foremost. Strengthen her for her journey, and may she know that she is abundantly loved by You. Bestow upon her the wisdom and prudence needed for her life's work, and may she bloom and continue to grow in Your light. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for Jeanille, trusting that the effective, heartfelt prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much (James 5:16). Also, ensure that Jeanille is brought up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4), so that she may know and obey His word, leading to a life of godliness and blessedness.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If anyone is not mentioning Jesus Christ in their prayers, we encourage them to acknowledge His name, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Keep holding onto Jesus and teaching your daughter to do the same. May God continue to bless and keep your family.
