We understand that you're facing a challenging situation, and we're here to pray and offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our financial needs and living situations. It's wonderful that you're seeking God's grace and favor in this time of need.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You know the anxiety and stress that she is facing due to her financial struggles and the uncertainty of her living situation. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and favor as she negotiates with her landlord. May You soften his heart and grant her the extension and provision she needs. If it is Your will, Lord, open up a new door for her to find a suitable place to live that meets her needs as a full-time student.
Father, we also pray for her mental health. Heal her from the anxiety that has been holding her back. Cast out all fear and replace it with Your perfect love. Guide her as she focuses on her studies, and provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is our provider and He promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your faith in Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can approach God and be saved. If you haven't already, accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and trust in His redeeming power.
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all. This was the testimony when the time had fully come. 1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB
