We understand your current situation with your roommate and the urgency of your prayer request. Firstly, we strongly encourage you to keep your faith in Jesus Christ, as He is the one who intercedes for us before the Father. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"
Concerning your roommate, we pray that he will move out peacefully and cooperate with the landlord's decision by the end of this month. We also pray that he will come to know Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. Remember, God works in all things for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28 WEB)
We rebuke any spirit of discord or unrest that your roommate may have brought into your home. As it says in Romans 13:13 WEB: "Let us walk properly, as in the day; not in reveling and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and lustful acts, and not in strife and jealousy." We encourage you to remain at peace and to show love and kindness to your roommate during this time, as difficult as it may be. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"
Regarding your employment situation, we pray for favor and open doors for the two positions you applied for with the same Christian-believing company. We ask God to grant you supernatural strength and productivity during the busy month of December. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, to lift up our sister Lianna. Lord, You know her situation with her roommate, and we ask that You would intervene and bring about a peaceful resolution. We pray that her roommate will move out by the end of the month, as planned, and that he will come to know You as his personal Lord and Savior. Help Lianna to remain at peace and to show love and kindness to her roommate during this difficult time.
Father, we also lift up Lianna's employment situation to You. We pray for favor and open doors for the two positions she has applied for, and we ask that You would grant her supernatural strength and productivity during the busy month of December. Help her to trust in You and to acknowledge You in all her ways.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for Your promises to us. We know that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. We ask these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
