URGENT: Please kindly pray for my beloved ### about his resign & retired. (He wants to tell his bosses today.)
He is not happy with his new job since August.
The staff is not enough, a lot of work loads (He worked 12 hours almost everyday ... at office + at home), a lot of problems & mistakes within his department, customers complain about services & problems, etc.
He reported these with his boss, but his bosses still dose not take any action yet. (They told him to hire more staff, but no new staff yet.)
He is very stressed and not happy to work under this extremely stressed conditions.
He is overwhelmed and wants to resign today.
Please ... pray for him to think carefully.
(He will have a surgery for his jaw bones graft & implants in Feb. 2024 and these will cost a lot, which may equal to his salary for a year after tax to cover all.)
Please ... pray that his bosses understand him and let him take a break for a while + will hire more staff soon + solve all problems ASAP.
I know he is not very happy, sad, upset, stressed, depressed + He has health issues (about jaw bone, which cause pains on his face & throat), he cannot eat well (and not eat all meals ... or can eat only mild food/ soup/ porridge due to the pain while chewing & swallow ... for a month+)
But ... I think God gives this current job for him.
Because in late May, his major client from his previous company changes the supplier to his current company. ... He was sad & did not know what to do next (no action from that company at all). But ... within a few days, his current company contacted him & he went to interview and he gets his new job with this company within a few days after the interview.
It's MIRACLES and Thank God.
(He is ### and hard to get a new job at this age.)
Please kindly pray for him to think carefully, not resign now (maybe just take a long break to refresh & heal his mental + emotional)... at least 1 more year until he has no big amount to spend.
Please kindly pray for him to feel better & recover from the pain in his throat & on his face due to the jaw/gum inflammation/ infection + he can eat more ... eat like normal. (I am very worried & concerned about his health.)
Please kindly pray for him that... he will hear some God's words to guide him for what is the right thing to do to solve these problems.
