Urgent: please pray God's protection over me regarding work. Pray that they won't retaliate against me because of disability and accommodations. Pray against gaslighting, deceitfulness, and trying to do anything that could make me lose my job. Pray I get an ADA lawyer today and that they help me know what my rights are and how I can prepare to write my own assessment of my performance. I should be getting a job coach soon but my manager is in India and may not understand ADA. Pray I won't be set up to fail. Thank you. -Mary

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up Mary and her urgent needs at work. Lord, Your Word in Isaiah 41:10 assures us, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." We ask for Your divine protection over Mary in her workplace, that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we pray against any form of retaliation, gaslighting, deceitfulness, or actions that might threaten her job due to her disability and accommodations. We ask for Your justice and righteousness to prevail, as You are a God of justice (Isaiah 30:18).

Guide Mary to the right ADA lawyer who will help her understand her rights and prepare her assessment effectively. Grant her wisdom and clarity, as stated in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."

Lord, we also pray for her manager in India, that there will be understanding and compassion regarding ADA laws and accommodations. May Mary's job coach arrive soon and be a source of support and guidance. We trust in Your promise from Psalm 32:8, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you."

May Mary not be set up to fail but instead find favor and success in her endeavors. We place all these concerns into Your hands, knowing You are faithful and able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
