Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today on behalf of Tachick and her son Jakeb. Lord, we lift up Jakeb to you, knowing that you are the ultimate healer and protector. We ask that you would wrap your loving arms around him and bring healing to his mental illness. Your word tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We claim this promise for Jakeb, knowing that you are near to him in his struggles.
Lord, we ask for your divine protection over Jakeb. We pray that you would guard his heart and mind, keeping him safe from any harmful thoughts or actions. We specifically ask that you would prevent him from ever taking harmful substances again. Your word reminds us in 2 Thessalonians 3:3, "But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one." We trust in your faithfulness and ask for your supernatural intervention in Jakeb's life.
Father, we pray for comfort and happiness to fill Jakeb's heart. May he experience your peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7. We ask that you would grant him joy and contentment, even in the midst of his struggles. Help him to find hope and purpose in you, knowing that you have a plan for his life.
Lord, we also pray for Tachick, as she expresses her fear and concern for her son. Give her strength and peace as she supports and loves him through this difficult time. Help her to trust in your perfect timing and to lean on you for guidance and wisdom.
We thank you, dear God, for your love and faithfulness. We believe that you are working in Jakeb's life, bringing healing and restoration. May he wake up tomorrow with a renewed spirit and a sense of purpose. We pray for his job, that you would grant him success and stability. May he thrive in all areas of his life, bringing glory to your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We will continue to lift up Jakeb and Tachick in our prayers. May God's peace and comfort be with them both.
