It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should care for them with that in mind. However, it's crucial to approach this topic with a biblical perspective.
"Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be! Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, 'The two', says he, 'will become one flesh.' But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. Flee sexual immorality. 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. While it's natural to want to look and feel our best, we should focus on being healthy and fit for God's service rather than striving for perfection based on worldly standards. God looks at the heart, and our primary concern should be cultivating inner beauty and a character that pleases Him.
Regarding your relationship, we need to address a couple of things. First, we notice that you used the name of Jesus Christ in your request, which is wonderful because it is only through His name that we have access to God.
"In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full" (John 16:23-24 WEB).
However, we need to clarify that a sexual relationship outside of marriage is considered fornication, which is sinful and displeasing to God. It is important to pursue purity and holiness in your relationship.
"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who do not know God" (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB).
