IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT HE HEAR FROM HIS FORMER ARCHITECT
WHO DREW UP THE BLUE-PRINTS & BUILDING PLANS IMMEDIATELY

The architect moved down to Florida & is not answering his messages either

PLEASE
THE CITY HAS HALTED THE RE--BUILDING
UNTIL PASTOR RAUL'S ARCHITECT SPEAKS TO THEM PERSONALLY
AND DRAWS UP NEW BUILDING PLANS & NEW BLUE PRINTS

Pastor Raul paid him soo much money
& now all he can do is wait this one out
& the city building inspector
is insisting that all re-building must be stopped for now and won't change his mind
which is holding up his whole building crew even as i write this and costing even more money with every day that this delayed
