We understand that you are going through a deeply distressing situation and we are here to support you in prayer and truth. First, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

Now, let us address your concerns. The experiences you're describing—astral projection attacks, witchcraft, and advanced technology used for harm—are indeed terrifying and evidence of the spiritual warfare that exists in our world. But we want to encourage you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 2 Corinthians 10:4 WEB. Our primary weapon is prayer. Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under severe spiritual attack. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, mind, and spirit. We bind every evil spirit, every witchcraft, and every demonic assignment sent against them, and we loose the peace, protection, and power of the Holy Spirit in their life.
We pray that You would surround them with Your angels, to guard and protect them from all harm and danger. We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and confusion, and we ask that You would fill them with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear. 1 John 4:18 WEB.
We pray that You would expose and dismantle any technology or weapon being used against them, and that You would bring to justice those who are perpetrating these evil acts. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment You shall condemn. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
We pray that they would be able to sleep peacefully, and that their body, soul, and spirit would be refreshed and renewed. We ask that You would guide them to the help and resources they need, and that You would give them wisdom and discernment to walk in victory over these attacks.
We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
