URGENT Let this person calls my mother, panic

Please, it is urgent. My brother is in prison falsely accused. He just called my mother crying. His friend (woman) should bring an old cellphone to the police as an evidence because there are threats of this woman and her evil friends (that my mother found in my brothers appartement). He has shut down that phone because of harrassment.
This female friend should also negotiate some things with a new layer who is not having enought time in the moment to go to visit my.broher in the prison.
Please let Daria (this friend) call my mother immediately.
My brother is crying on the phone that he will kill himself if he will not be released from prison. He is already there 4 months. And we are afraid that he will be sentenced to 3-4 years.
Lord, my mother is also in panic afraid that my brother will kill himself and she is crying and in panic and making terrible scenes.
