You're asking God to bring confusion upon those who are mistreating His beloved, and for those people to come forward and cooperate with management on these urgent issues. Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in your time of need. However, we must address a few points before we pray together. It's important to remember that God is not a God of confusion, but of peace. When dealing with difficult people in legal matters, we should pray for wisdom and discernment on how to handle them, rather than praying for confusion upon them.

We should also pray for them, bless them, and do good to them as our enemy. Love them as ourselves. As it says in
Matthew 5:43-45 WEB:
You have heard that it was said, You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy. But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.

Moreover, as believers, we are called to trust in God and not be afraid, even in difficult situations. Let's remind ourselves of Psalm 56:3-4 WEB:
What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?

Now, let us pray together, asking God's mighty help and intervention with this legal matter:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up this urgent legal matter. We ask for Your wisdom, guidance, and intervention. Help everyone involved to cooperate fully and to be good testimonies of Your love and grace.

Lord, we pray for those who are mistreating Your beloved. We bless them and pray for them, as You have commanded us to do. Change their hearts, Lord, and turn them away from their wrongdoings. Guide them to confess and turn to you.

We ask that You give all those involved the strength and courage to face this situation without fear, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness.

Finally, we ask that Your enemies are defeated, Lord, and that Your will is accomplished in this situation. We do not ask this in malice but with the desire that your love, grace, and justice prevail.

We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
