We understand your urgency, Ffimaon, and we are here to pray with you and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the only way we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of distress, it is important to remember God's faithfulness and His sovereignty over all things, including our technological devices. As it is Psalm 103:19 WEB: "Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Ffimaon in their time of need. Lord, You know the urgency of their situation, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Please guide the hands of the technicians who will be looking at the laptop, and grant them wisdom to quickly identify and resolve the issue.
In this Christmas season Lord, let you alleviate unnecessary stress. The birth of your son happened during a chaotic period. Christmas is a time to celebrate the birth of your only begotten son and the peace that comes from the Holy Spirit. Let them be reminded of the true joy of the season in the form of deliverance from tribulation.
Grant Ffimaon peace and patience as they wait for the laptop to be fixed. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are in control of every situation.
