We are truly sorry to hear about the health challenges your family is facing, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and support. First, it's important to align these prayers with the limited healing scriptures in the Bible. 'Healing is provided in the atonement' is a post-biblical Christian belief. Instead, we believe in divine healing as it was done by Jesus, the apostles, and the early church. Divine healing is scriptural where it is God's will and not guaranteed. Prayers are also not guaranteed or promised by God to be answered as we would like.
In James 5:14-15 WEB it is written, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
We encourage you to gather with your fellow believers and elders to pray and anoint your husband, brother, and yourself with oil, trusting in God's grace and mercy.
Jesus, when he was on earth, healed many people, and he still has the power to do so today. Here are a few examples, It came to pass, when Jesus had finished commanding his twelve disciples, he departed from there to teach and preach in their cities. 2 When John heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples 3 and said to him, Are you he that comes, or should we look for another? 4 Jesus answered them, Go and tell John the things which you hear and see: 5 the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them. (Matthew 11:1-5 WEB)
But Jesus, had the power to heal all those who sought him. But when the multitudes knew it, they followed him: and he welcomed them, and spoke to them of the Kingdom of God, and he cured those who needed healing. (Luke 9:11 WEB)
And when Jesus went out he saw a great multitude. He had compassion on them, and healed their sick. (Matthew 14:14 WEB). So if God wills and allows healing for your family, God will heal you.
However, it's crucial to remember that God's ways are not our own, and his thoughts are higher than ours, (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Sometimes, God allows suffering to draw us closer to him and to develop our character. The apostle Paul acknowledged that God used a physical ailment in Paul to keep him humble, But by the grace of God I am what I am. His grace which was bestowed on me was not futile, but I worked more than all of them; yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. 11 Whether then it is I or they, so we preach, and so you believed. 12 But if the gospel is preached, it is no glory to me; for necessity is laid on me; but woe is to me, if I do not preach the gospel. For if I do this of my own will, I have a reward. But if not of my own will, I have a stewardship entrusted to me. What then is my reward? That, when I preach the gospel, I may present the Good News of Christ without charge, so as not to abuse my authority in the Good News. (1Co 9:10-18). Therefore, we always have to desire and wish that God always extends his grace and healing.
Your request focused on healing but did not mention the most important healing, Jesus' healing of our sins. The author of Hebrews in the WEB translations mentions healing as cited below but in a different context. Unfortunately, you never mentioned the source of healing. So, let's be sure first to pray for the forgiveness of sins.
Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16)
Let us pray for your husband, brother, and yourself.
Father in heaven,
We ask that you would have mercy on your servants and heal them according to your will. We pray that you would touch their bodies and restore their health in Jesus' name. We ask that you would draw them closer to you during this time and give them the strength and peace that only you can provide. We plead the blood of Jesus over their lives and pray that you would forgive their sins and restore them to full health in Jesus' name. Please bring them to full repentance of any sin in their lives and bring them to an even closer relationship with you in Jesus name
We also pray for ###, that you would fill them with your comfort and peace during this time. We ask that you would give them the faith to trust in your goodness and the strength to support their loved ones in Jesus' name.
Lastly, we pray that you would be glorified in this situation and that others would see your love and power at work. We ask you all this in Jesus name.

Father, Your Word reminds us, “He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by His wounds, you have been healed” (1 Peter 2:24). We claim this promise of healing over each of them, trusting in the sacrifice of Jesus to bring restoration and renewal. Let Your healing touch flow through their bodies, removing all traces of illness and restoring every part of them to full health.
Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for You (Luke 1:37). You are the One who opened the eyes of the blind, made the lame walk, and raised the dead. In that same power, we ask for a miraculous healing for [###], their husband, and their brother. Strengthen their faith to believe in Your ability to heal and renew, even in the face of daunting diagnoses.
