However, we want to remind you that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). Sometimes, He allows us to go through trials to draw us closer to Him, to test our faith, or to ultimately bring Him glory. Even in suffering and affliction never forget God's promise to the apostle Paul who had a thorn in the flesh. "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB).

Regarding the 'captains' you mentioned, we're not sure who they are referring to you, but we pray that the truth will set them free, as Jesus said, You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free (John 8:32 WEB). Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and intervention. We lift up this dear one to You, asking that You touch their throat, heal their COPD, cough, congestion, and cold. We pray for a miracle turnaround in this situation, and we ask that You reveal the truth to the captains, setting them free in Jesus' name.
