We are with you in spirit and in prayer, lifting up your son before the throne of grace. We stand in agreement with you, believing that God has a plan and a purpose for your son's life, and that this season of struggle will ultimately be used for his good and God's glory.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith and for teaching your son to acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed 1 Peter 2:24 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the young man that Stairiurael has brought before us. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing, the inner battle that leaves him in a state of constant fight or flight, and the denial strategies that he has been using to cope. We ask, Lord, that You would break through the noise and give him ears to hear Your truth. Speak to him, Lord, in a way that he can understand, and give him the courage to move in the direction that will lead to his healing and freedom.
We pray, Lord, that You would bring peace to his body and real rest to his soul. Resolve the inner tug-of-war that is raging within him, and help him to cry out to You, saying, "HEAL me, Lord, that I may be healed; save me, that I may be saved, for it is you whom I praise." (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB).
We stand against any spiritual forces that may be at work in his life, and we declare his freedom in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask, Lord, that You would bring speedy divine intervention, and that You would set him free from any mental health struggles that he is facing. We have faith and expectation that you are healing him even now! In Jesus Christ name we pray.
We encourage you, Stairiurael, to continue to stand in faith, believing that God is at work in your son's life. Remember that God's word is clear: "Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
Continue to pray, continue to believe, and continue to speak words of life and truth over your son. We are agreeing with you in prayer, and believing that God is working all things together for good.
As a final note, make sure that your son is seeking help and advice from godly counselors and medical professionals as needed. God often works through the gifts and knowledge of others to bring healing and wholeness. Also, make sure that you examine any affects your family may have on his mental health. Pray that God will reveal anything in all your lives that needs to be changed or addressed. Make sure that you are praying together and reading the Word of God together. We pray that God will unite your family in the truth and love of Jesus Christ.
