Urgent: Financial/Legal Advice

Heavenly Father could you please put us into the right people today to provide advice in this somewhat hopeless situation!! (Without your intervention) Our home has been reprocessed and now they are claiming rights to a property I am on the title with my sister as the interest just keeps growing the advise we have received is until the house is sold the interest keeps accumulating & there is no way to stop it!! We are already over the value of the first home!! Lord please don't let us loose the apartment too cover it and us all with the blood of Jesus!!
