Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? While your situation is dire, we must also consider God's design for our lives. In 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB, it is written:
For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: "If anyone is not willing to work, don’t let him eat." For we hear of any who walk among you disorderly, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread.
We understand that your husband has been seeking employment, and we will pray for God's favor in this area. However, we must also encourage both of you to seek any lawful work that may provide income, even if it is not the ideal situation. God honors humility and diligence.
Let's also address the spiritual aspect of your request. You did not mention praying in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family that is in desperate need of Your financial provision. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the bills that are piling up, and the heavy burden they carry. We ask, Father, that You will show Your mercy and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory.
Lord, we pray for this husband, that You will open up a door of employment for him, that You will place him in a position where he can use his gifts and talents to bring glory to Your name and provision for his family. We pray for this wife, that You will give her strength, wisdom, and grace as she supports her husband and cares for her family.
Lord, we also pray for the health of this mother, that You will heal her and restore her strength. We ask that You will provide a way for her to be cared for, whether that be in a nursing home or in her own home. Father, we trust that You will work all these things out for their good and Your glory.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You will reveal Yourself to this family, that You will draw them close to You and give them a peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that they will know You are near and that they will trust in Your unfailing love.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair that may be trying to overwhelm this family. We declare that You are their provider, their healer, and their hope. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
