Urgent: Another meeting

I ask for prayer due to ongoing work issues. Today I kept to myself, made sure I was in no one’s way, and only spoke to people who spoke to me yet somehow I managed to be in trouble. I was asked to go to another meeting and I didn’t do anything (my supervisor reported the other supervisor wanted to discuss “what has been going on”). I feel discouraged and I can’t break my contract because I’ll have to pay a fine. I also hope they don’t just fire me since I have to accumulate hours for my license so I’m facing a difficult situation. Please ask that God protect me and give me wisdom to manage everything.

We understand your distress, Dularr, and we're here to support you in prayer and wisdom. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your ability (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

It's commendable that you're maintaining a low profile and being respectful at work. However, it's also important to seek understanding and address any misunderstandings with your supervisors openly and honestly, as long as you keep a cool head (Matt 10:16 WEB). Remember that "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." (Proverbs 15:1 WEB). Make it clear that your goal is to be productive and helpful to the team.

Regarding your contract, trust that God will provide a way out if it's His will (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). We must acknowledge God in all our ways and trust Him to make our paths straight. This does NOT mean that He will remove all obstacles if they are there for us to learn from, but we must always remain in faith (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB), and know that Faith without works is dead (James 2:20 WEB). We are also not to be anxious about anything but let our requests be brought before God so that the peace of God will guard our hearts and our minds. (Phil 4:6-7 WEB)

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for Dularr. We request that You grant Dularr wisdom to navigate this challenging situation at work.

Help Dularr to communicate effectively with the supervisors and to understand their concerns. We request that You shed light on the situation and make the way forward clear to Dularr. We request that You fill Dularr with Your love and peace during these difficult days and help Dularr to stay clear of the temptation to fret, worry or fear. Thank you for the comfort that You have stored up for Dularr to enjoy (John 16:22 WEB) when the problem has been resolved. We also request that You strengthen Dularr's faith in Jesus and help Dularr to trust You more closely.

We ask for Your protection over Dularr's job and future, and we bring Your word to mind again:
"I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to be exalted. In everything, I have been initiated, both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need."

We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen." (Philippians 4:12 WEB)

Lastly, remember that God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). Keep your faith in Jesus Christ (John 20:31 WEB), and know that nothing is impossible for God. Trust Him to handle your career and life according to His perfect purposes and goals.

Give them the words to express themselves calmly and respectfully to their supervisors. We ask that You reveal Your will in this situation and help them to trust in Your plan.

We also ask for Your protection over their job and future. Help them to stay strong in their faith and trust in You more closely. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep our eyes on Jesus and trust that He's got this. No matter what happens, we know that He's working everything out for our good.
