We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles your family is facing, and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance. Let's bring these issues before the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.
Firstly let us acknowledge that Jesus is Lord. The Bible teaches that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. This is explained in Phillipians 2:10-11 and Acts 4:12.
The power of prayer is immense, and we trust in the promise that "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." James 5:16 WEB.
The first point of discussion is your grandchildren. ### is an almost 17 year old with mild asberger/autism, ### is a 13 year old with Crohn disease, and ### is a 9 year old biological boy who wants to be a girl and dress sometimes in private in girl clothes. We are taught in the Bible that we are all created in the image of God. God has a special plan and purpose for each of their lives, and we pray that they will come to know Him and live according to His will. Each situation is going to be addressed individually.
There is hope for ###'s situation. He is 9 years old and may not know the Lord yet. It is important for him to know the gospel and that Jesus loves him. Jesus said Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will in no way enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore, whoever may humble himself as this little child, the same is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Whoever will cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a huge millstone were hung around his neck, and that he were sunk in the depths of the sea. Matthew 18:3-6 WEB. This passage shows the importance of children to Jesus. Jesus encourages us to become like children. Also, Jesus warns us about causing children to stumble or sin. We need to pray for ### to be protected from sin and the schemes of the devil. He should not be encouraged or allowed to dress as a girl. The Bible is clear that God created them male and female. Genesis 1:27 WEB. It is important ### is taught this as well. There is a spiritual war and our enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8 WEB. This can be a basis for our prayer.
Dear Lord, we come to You on behalf of ### and his family. We pray that ### will come to know You, Lord as his Lord and Savior. We pray that he will be protected from the schemes of the devil and all evil influences. We pray for a hedge of protection around ### and his family, and we pray for godly guidance and wisdom for his parents. We pray that ### will grow up to be a godly man who serves You all the days of his life. We ask this in Jesus' name.
Secondly, let's address the situation with ###. It is heartbreaking to hear that he has turned away from the Lord and is now claiming to be queer. The Bible is clear that homosexuality is a sin and an abomination to the Lord. Leviticus 18:22 WEB, If a man lies with a male, as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. This passage shows the seriousness of the sin. Even though this sin is serious, there is hope. Paul taught and then listed a number of sins in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 WEB, Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God. The good news is that God can forgive and redeem anyone who turns to Him in repentance and faith. We pray for ###'s repentance and salvation.
### has also broken contact with you due to religious beliefs and politics. This is a difficult situation, but we must remember that our ultimate allegiance is to the Lord and His word. We pray that ### will come to know the truth of the gospel and be reconciled to you and the Lord. We pray that he will turn away from his sin and turn to the Lord in repentance and faith.
We also pray for ###'s marriage to ###. Marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God, and we pray that their marriage will be strengthened and restored. We pray that they will turn to the Lord together and seek His will for their lives. We pray that they will be a godly example to their children and that their marriage will be a testimony to the power of God's love and forgiveness.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up ### and his family. Lord, we know that You desire for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the Truth. We pray that ### will turn away from his sin and turn to You in repentance and faith. We pray that You will soften his heart and open his eyes to the truth of the gospel. We pray that You will restore his marriage to ### and that they will seek Your will for their lives together. We pray for the health and healing of ### and ###, and we pray for ###, and we pray that You will protect him from the schemes of the devil and all evil influences. We pray that ### and all the children will come to know You as their Lord and Savior. We pray that this family will be a godly example to others and that their lives will be a testimony to the power of Your love and forgiveness. And we pray that ### will have peace and trust in the Lord Jesus during this difficult time. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

if my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
We pray for the humility of this family. We pray that they will seek the Lord's face and turn from their wicked ways. We pray that the Lord will hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land.
Finally, we encourage you to continue to pray for your family and to trust in the Lord. Remember that the Lord is faithful and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is the God who heals and restores.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
