Urgency prayers please

Really need wisdom, discernment and guidance for a financial opportunity for retirement income- my husband Steve and a friend interested in a partnership in obtaining a condo in TN for rental retirement income- need discernment and direction if this is the right opportunity- they will be submitting a bid and I'm praying for the Holy SPIRT to guide this situation. Praying for clarity in JESUS name!!
