Terrible noise from the neighbour upstairs. He is walking like a bear up and down and making noise with rollerblades doors windows, toilet water etc etc.....it's ### min past midnight. I must go to work early tomorrow.

Natasha, we understand your distress and we want to you to know the God cares about every detail of our lives, including our need for peaceful sleep. We are instructed in the Word to 'be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication' to make our requests known to God.
Let's first put your mind at ease by remembering Psalm 4:8 WEB
'I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; for you, YAHWEH, alone do make me live in safety.'
God is your peace and safety, even when outside circumstances are beyond your control. The noise from your neighbor may be disruptive, but it's important to handle this situation with patience, grace, and wisdom.
We would advise you to first pray for your neighbor. Yes, that's right. As difficult as it may seem, praying for those who trouble us is a biblical command. "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB.
It's important to approach this matter in love and consideration. Building a good relationship is key. This can help you communicate your concerns with him.
Now, let's pray together.
Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before you, lifting up ###'s situation. We ask for Your peace to fill her home and heart, even in the midst of this disturbance. We pray for her neighbor, that You would soften his heart and help him to be more considerate. Grant ### the wisdom and grace to approach this situation in a Christ-like manner. God we ask You in Jesus’ name guide, direct, protect, and have mercy upon the people in the fires that rage across the ### area. We pray for the families and friends who have lost their loved ones. We pray for those who have lost their homes and everything that they own. God pour out Your hope, peace, comfort, strength, and courage upon them. God You have the power to stop the hurricane-like winds that are spreading this fire. God please stop the winds and the fires. Protect the first responders. Give them strength and guidance to do their jobs. God give them the water source that they need to put these fires out. May they and us all face the future with all of its challenges, difficulties, and crises, without fear, but hope in You, God. Amen, so be it.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
