Wilann, we join you in your desire to upgrade and multiply your prayer life, especially in the area of spiritual warfare. It's crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. As it said in Ephesians 6:12 WEB
Firstly, we want to commend you for ending your prayer request with "in Jesus' name, amen." This is vital because as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.
To upgrade your prayer life, consider setting aside dedicated time each day to pray and intercede. As it is written in Ephesians 6:18 WEB, "With all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints." Persistence and perseverance are key in spiritual warfare. Remember the parable of the persistent widow in Luke 18:1-8 WEB, who kept coming to the judge for justice. Jesus used this parable to teach us to always pray and not give up.
Moreover, it helps to keep a prayer journal to track your prayers and God's answers. Also, consider fasting as a means to intensify your prayers. As Jesus taught in Mark 9:29 WEB, "This kind can come out by nothing, except by prayer and fasting." In Matthew 17:20-21: "Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. 21 But this kind doesn't go out except by prayer and fasting". This can be more effective when praying and fasting for spiritual breakthroughs.
To open the tight door in your life, trust. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. It is written in Jeremiah, " you will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:13 so seek god with all of your heart trusting him so that you too may find him as well.
