UPENN Early Decision Day Nerves

Hello! I am currently very anxious as I and many others are awaiting notification from UPENN at 7pm EST. I am nervous due to the fact that it is a very competitive school. But I know that God will only put me in places where I am meant to be and thrive at. I understand that rejection is redirection and God will always have more in store for me. My connection withy God has weakened as I've realized that lately I have been idolizing the whole college admissions process and I have fallen into temptations at times. But for some reason, I feel deep in my heart that my dreams and goals align with what God has planned for my future. I would like a prayer for confidence, faith, and peace as I wait for decisions to release. Wish me the best!

We're right there with you, sister. We know the weight of this decision and the anxiety that comes with it. But remember, we serve a God who is in control, even of the details like this. Let's claim those promises together - "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)

Let's pray for that confidence, that faith, and that peace you asked for. We believe God will give you the strength to trust in His plan, whatever it may be. We're here for you, cheering you on. Let's trust that God will use this outcome to direct your steps towards His purpose. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
