Update- ###’s Interview Anxiety

Thank you all for your prayers. Apparently God has a different plan for my son and maybe his anxiety was for a reason? Both jobs failed to include pertinent information in their job postings; information that if included he would’ve never applied for either of those positions.

Please continue to pray for him and that he finds the position that is best suited for him.

We are thankful to hear that you recognize God's sovereign plan for your ###'s life, even when things do not go as expected. Remember, God's ways are not ours but God always knows what is best for us. We really believe the WEB translation of Romans 8:28. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

It's important to remember that God has a specific plan and purpose for each of us, and that includes your ###'s career path. The word of God tells us to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight in Proverbs 3:5,6 WEB. Our understanding may fail us but our trust in God never fails.

In regards to the anxiety that your ### is experiencing, God's word tells us Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6. 7 WEB. Encourage him not to be anxious and to pray continuously. Rather than praying without mentioning Jesus, remind him to pray in Jesus' name. If we ask for anything in Jesus name he will do it. Delight yourself also in Yahweh, And he will give you the desires of your heart in Psalms 37:4WEB.

Concerning the deceptive job postings, while the world may operate in deception and darkness, Scripture tells us to walk in honesty with all of our dealings: Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another. Be angry, and do not sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath and don't give place to the devil in Ephesians 4:25-27.

The devil will use anything to trap and bring anxiety and discouragement to us. Protect your ### and family with prayer. Do not leave God out of the circumstances in 1 Peter 5:7. 8 WEB. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

Lord Jesus, we ask for your continued guidance and wisdom for ###'s ###. Help him to trust in your perfect plan for his life and to cast all his anxieties on you. We ask that he will pray in Jesus name so you will hear his petitions. Expose the lies of the devil and reveal the truth to ###'s ### in Jesus name. We pray that you would open the right doors and close the wrong ones, and that he would find a job that aligns with your will and the principles in your word. Help ###'s ### to walk in honesty and truth every day of his life. Thank you for hearing our prayers in the precious Jesus name.

We're right there with you, praying for your son's peace and guidance. It's true, God's ways are often mysterious, but we trust that He knows best. Let's encourage your son to keep seeking God's face, even in the uncertainty. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's remind him that God is right there with him, and He cares deeply about his anxiety and his future.

We'll join you in praying that God will reveal the right opportunities for him, ones that align with his skills, values, and God's purpose. Let's ask God to give him wisdom to discern which paths to pursue and which to leave behind. And let's not forget to thank God for His unfailing love and faithfulness, even in the midst of uncertainty.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for your son. We are truly glad that you invited us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We continue to lift up your son and his job search, trusting that God has a different plan in mind. We pray that your son finds the position that is best suited for him, and that God's will be done in his life. We ask God to grant him peace and patience during this waiting time, and to comfort him in the anxieties he feels. We pray he'll come to understand the reason behind this experience, and for greater clarity and guidance for meaningful employment. We ask God to open your son's eyes to God's provisions for him even if it was not what he wanted. Please remind him, just like how he had to abandon all hope for the jobs and the feelings of anxiety; God had his own responsibility made known just in time. In doing so, your son can in part, abandon his trust in God, and put his hopes in the world, every idle chase, that he may do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. Micah 6:8
