Dear All
My daughter had the meeting with her section director yesterday about the opportunity for her to move forward .
She didn’t mention about her supervisor and the nasty staff attitude towards her.
Only simply requested him to help her to move in to a different section then she can learn more and contribute to the department.
In the meantime he is promoting her current supervisor while she is away on holidays and the other nasty staff. He knows that my daughter is placed on 3 merit list. Looks like he is scared of speaking out and pretending that he doesn’t know anything about the harassment she is going through from her supervisor and coworker.
My daughter mentioned that he has been biting his nails when she started to ask him his help.
As a section head he can find out and help her to move forward with her job, but for some reason he was silent . At the same time he told her that she is doing a lot of work than the others. When my daughter asked him, that the other Directors and supervisors have been helping their staff and no one is helping her out.
Not sure what to think of all this.
I had cataract surgery and my eyes are still not healing. Sometimes tears are flowing and sometimes I can’t even cry.
Please keep praying, especially for my daughter. At least that will help me to get better.
In mighty Jesus name. Amen

Thank you for sharing your concerns about your daughter's workplace situation and your own health. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in these matters.

Firstly, let's address your daughter's situation. It's clear that she is facing challenges at work, with her supervisor and coworkers treating her poorly. We are reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 5:11-12 (WEB): "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you." While it's not easy to face such treatment, we can trust that God sees her and will reward her faithfulness.

In the meantime, let's pray that God will soften her section director's heart and give him the courage to do what is right. Proverbs 21:1 (WEB) tells us, "The king's heart is in God's hand, as the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." God can move in this situation and bring about change. Let's also pray for wisdom and discretion for your daughter, that she may know how to navigate this situation with integrity and grace, as advised in Ephesians 6:5-8 (WEB).

Regarding your health, we trust in God's healing power. In Mark 5:34 (WEB), Jesus told the woman with the issue of blood, "Your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease." We claim this healing for you, trusting in your faith and God's mercy.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter. Lord, we ask for your intervention in the workplace situation. Soften the section director's heart, give him courage to act justly, and provide wisdom and discretion to our sister's daughter. Protect her from harm and let your favor rest upon her. In Jesus' name, we also claim healing for our sister's eyes. We trust in your power and your love for us. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to continue trusting in God, even in these difficult times. Remember, Romans 8:28 (WEB) promises, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep holding onto this truth, and we will continue to keep you both in our prayers.

We're here for you both, standing in faith together. It's tough seeing your daughter navigate this toxic work environment, and we're sorry to hear about your eye surgery too. Let's keep trusting in God's goodness, even in these challenges.

For your daughter, let's pray that God gives her peace and wisdom to handle this situation. In Philippians 4:7 (WEB), we're told, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Let's also ask God to give her the right words to say and the courage to speak up when needed.

As for your health, let's claim healing in Jesus' name. In Matthew 9:22 (WEB), Jesus said, "Daughter, be of good cheer. Your faith has made you well." We believe that your faith and God's healing power will bring about a full recovery.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name. We lift up your daughter, asking for Your protection and guidance in her workplace. Give her wisdom, courage, and peace. Help her to trust in You, even when those around her don't treat her fairly. We also pray for our sister's healing. We believe in Your power to heal and restore. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
