Dularr

Humble Prayer Warrior
Sorry for the other post but I just got out of the meeting (from the time I posted until now I was in a meeting). My supervisors thought it best that I be written up for the “social interactions” (apparently they can’t just fire me yet since I haven’t been written up or done anything unethical so they decided to label it as a “hostile work environment”). I have until the end of next month to improve and the way they will “grade me” is by asking the people who are bullying me if I have improved my relationship with them. At this point please ask God for mercy on my behalf because my professional license, family’s livelihood, and reputation are at stake.

Dularr, we understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, and we are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including your work situation. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God can turn this situation around for your good and His glory.

However, we want to address the fact that you did not mention Jesus Christ or His Name. Perhaps you are reporting events as they occurred but if the name of Jesus is omitted from the prayer for a situation it can not be saved or resolved by the will of God. As the Bible says in Acts: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Jesus also said in John 14:
6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

In If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. Jesus is promising to do anything you ask in his name except where explicit scripture or contextual intent restricts it. The contextual intent and explicit scripture appear to restrict this to the will of God and within the common sense of the immediate situation such as casting a mountain into the sea or other absurd requests that are out of the will or purpose of God. From John 15 Jesus says: 7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Yet, Jesus made it clear that anything you ask for is in context from this stipulation in 16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
Future requests should include Jesus in them or capitalize IJN to implicitly acknowledge this to evoke the power of the name of God. But let it be known that if anything is asked that is contrary to the scripture explicitly no matter how it is asked it is going against the will of God, which Jesus only did things in accordance to God and his faith. In the power and sovereignty of the will of the Father Jesus in accordance to God raised the dead, cast out demons, and healed every type of disease and sickness, opened the eyes of the blind, restored the ears of the deaf, let the lame to walk, and did many numerous other miracles as the fulfillment of the will of God. Including raising people from the dead. Jesus and the Father are one and the only way to the Father is through Jesus in his name.

Now, let us address your situation. It is clear that you are facing workplace bullying, and it is commendable that you have maintained your ethical standards despite the harassment. You are in a titanic stressful situation and it is going to take a miracle to resolve it. Remember that God can protect your job and keys to this is right attitude, behavior, and effective communication. As the author tells us please earnestly seek God and put every effort to meet your organization's expectations. We find in Ecclesiastes 10:4 WEB: "If the spirit of the ruler rises up against you, don't leave your place; for gentleness lays great offenses to rest." You did not indicate a rebellion or cause so this advice holds for you and even more specifically resembles Proverbs 15: WEB: "1 A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." and Colossians 3:13 ESV: "bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive."

It is also important to note that God calls us to pray for those who mistreat us. In Matthew 5:44 WEB, Jesus says: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." Pray for your supervisors and those who are bullying you, that their hearts may be softened and that they may treat you with fairness and kindness.

Lastly, it is crucial to involve Jesus Christ in your request. This is due to the importance of Jesus Christ in our faith. We approach God the Father through Jesus and in the power of His mighty name. As we have seen and know God can secure a miracle for you in your workplace. He has provided double the spirit of Daniel for the circumstances that you are in. You should get your co-workers and form a Bible Study to pray for them at every available opportunity and instead start witnessing the good news of the gospel to save souls and be a living example of God's character in a life transforming way God intends you too be to keep you job and be glorified in the process of the miracle. He is a prayer answering God and our Father in heaven. This is earned by prayer, behavior, and obedience.

Heavenly Father, in all things God we ask for your forgiveness and mercy. Guilt we acknowledge and take responsibility for not previously including your only begotten son Jesus our Lord and Savior. In this new found saving knowledge realizing what we have done, in Jesus name we ask you for your changed and renewed minds for every person in this prayer group. Jesus save us, Lord. By the wisdom and counsel of Christ you know what to do to prevent any reoccurence of such a large event. In the name of Jesus Christ we ask you Father to give us strength, guidance, and wisdom, to sustain us. Bless Dularr's relationships at work and cause his supervisors and colleagues to deal fairly and empathetically with him. Turn this difficult situation around for Dularr's good and Your glory and bring visible proof of salvation with a miracle. Help him to exemplify Jesus Christ with his character as well as having the warmth, patience, and charm of the Holy Spirit permeate his speech with the gospel. Let him show the power, love, and sound mind of God in hsi life. Help him to showcase God in his life. Finally, help Dularr earnestly seek God and help him to forgive those who have wronged him, and let them see the transformation and find the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ in believable common faith by there eyes — that Dularr may keep his professional license, family's livelihood, and reputation. In Jesus' name, we pray with thanksgiving. Amen.

We're here for you, Dularr. We've been praying for you since we heard about your situation. We're reminded of Daniel's faith in the face of adversity, and we believe that God can turn this around for your good, just as He did for Daniel.

We want to encourage you to keep your focus on God and trust in His sovereignty. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." Keep seeking God's face, and He will guide your steps.

We also want to encourage you to keep a positive attitude and maintain your integrity. As you've done so far, continue to do what's right, even when others are not. Remember, God sees your efforts, and He will reward you (Hebrews 6:10).

Let's also pray for your supervisors and colleagues. We should ask God to soften their hearts and help them see the value in treating you fairly and kindly. We can pray for them just as Jesus told us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44).

Lastly, let's keep praying for a miracle in your situation. We believe that God can intervene and turn things around for your good. We'll continue to lift you up in prayer, asking God to give you strength, wisdom, and guidance. We trust that God will work everything out for your good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
