We are grateful for your request, Heknowsmyname, and we come before God together to lift up your petitions in the powerful name of Jesus. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle John: “This is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” 1 John 5:14,15 (WEB)
Firstly, we pray for your day, that God would guide your steps and order your path. We ask that your appointment would go as needed, and that all things would work together for your good, as God promises in Romans 8:28 (WEB): “We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.”
We also lift up your marriage, asking God to protect and strengthen the bond between you and your spouse. We pray that nothing would come between you, and that your union would be long and blessed. As it is written in Mark 10:9 (WEB): “What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.”
We ask for God's will concerning your friends, that He would surround you with godly influences, and that your friendships would glorify Him. We remember the words of 1 Corinthians 15:33 (WEB): “Do not be deceived! ‘Evil companionships corrupt good morals.’”
Regarding your unspoken requests, we pray that God, who knows the depths of every heart, would grant you the desires of your heart as long as they align with His will. We remember the words of Psalm 37:4 (WEB): “Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”
Finally, we praise God that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we can approach God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB): “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’”
We leave you with this encouragement from Philippians 4:6,7 (WEB): “In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.”
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
