Unlocking windows in my classroom and others to

My principle to give me back my windows, to unlock/unseal them in Jesus name so that I can have air when it's sunny and warm/hot. Lord please bring her to senses. Stop this tyranny of doing things and not asking anyone about it. Narcissistic character.

Let's bring this matter before the Lord, seeking His wisdom and intervention. We understand that you're experiencing a challenge with your principal regarding the windows in your classroom. You've asked for the windows to be unlocked in Jesus' name, and you've expressed concern about the principal's leadership style.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as this is the only way we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

In dealing with authority figures, we must approach the situation with wisdom and grace. The Bible tells us in Romans 13:1 WEB:
Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God.

However, this does not mean that we cannot respectfully voice our concerns and advocate for necessary changes. In Matthew 18:15 WEB, Jesus teaches us how to approach such situations:
Moreover if your brother commits a fault, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother.

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this situation. Lord, You know the struggles and the lack of comfort that has been caused by the sealed windows. We pray that You would soften the heart and open the eyes and ears of the principal. We pray that You would grant her wisdom and understanding to hear and empathize with the needs of the teachers and students. We pray that the windows would be unlocked and that You would help the classrooms to be comfortable for learning, and that the teachers can have a good quality of air to breathe.

Lord, we also pray for the principal. We pray that You would guide her in the way she leads. Help her to be a good leader that is discerning and understanding with the needs of those she is over. We pray that You would convict her heart and bring her to repentance of any wrongdoing, and help her to be the leader that You would desire for her to be. Open the lines of communication between the principal and the staff to create a better working and learning environment.

We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.

In the meantime, consider approaching the principal respectfully and privately to discuss your concerns. Also, pray for her continually, as this can bring about change and help her to be a better leader. Trust that God is in control and that He will work all things together for good, even in this challenging situation.

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
