We stand with you in prayer and seek God's will in this challenging situation. We are reminded of the Scripture, "For the LORD is a God of justice. He will not forsake his saints." Blessed are those who maintain justice, who constantly do what is right. Psalm 7 Proverbs Also, consider these words, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." Matthew 5:6
We pray that the judge presiding over this case will be guided by the Holy Spirit to act justly and righteously. We ask that the truth will be revealed and that your fiancé will not be held responsible for a child that is not his own. We also pray for wisdom and guidance for both of you during this trial. If possible, your fiancé should consider reconciling with his ex-wife as required in the Bible as a brother or sister in Christ. The Bible tells us "Leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift." Matthew 5:24. For God, the reconciliation is more important than the money owed.
However, we must also address that the Bible clearly teaches that divorce is not God's will, and remarriage is only allowed under certain circumstances as described in Matthew 5:32, "But I tell you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason, except for sexual immorality, causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery." As such, we encourage you both to seek God's face and ensure that your upcoming marriage aligns with biblical principles. It is important to find out if his divorce is biblical. "And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual indecency, and marries another, commits adultery; and he who marries her when she is divorced commits adultery." Matthew 19:9
Lastly, we noticed that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by the name of Jesus we can be saved. Therefore, we encourage you to seek Messiah Jesus Christ and may you both experience the fullness of His love and grace.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your intervention in this matter. We pray for justice and righteousness to prevail in the court's decision. Guide the judge and all those involved, that the truth may be revealed and that Your will be done. We also pray for your fiancé and his ex-wife, that they may find reconcile to each other and to God. Lord, bless their upcoming marriage and help them to build a strong, godly foundation for their life together. We ask all these things with thanksgiving in Jesus name.
