We understand your desire for acceptance into university, and we commend your commitment to prayer. It's encouraging to see your faith in Jesus Christ and your willingness to spend time in prayer, following the examples of Jesus and David.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer in the name of Jesus. It's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6, WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
We want to take a moment to address your prayer plan. While all-night prayer vigils can be powerful, we should also consider the importance of rest and the biblical principle of balance. In Psalm 127:2, WEB: "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for he gives sleep to his beloved."
God understands your desires and He cares about your future. Trust that He has a plan for you, as mentioned in Jeremiah 29:11, WEB: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking university acceptance. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation. Grant them the strength and endurance as they spend time in prayer. We pray that You would guide them to the university of Your choice, and that they would trust in Your plan for their life. Help them to find rest in You, knowing that You have their future in Your hands. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue in your faith, trusting that God has a plan for you. Be open to His leading, and remember that His ways are higher than our ways. If either option does not work out it may be God's way of directing you to another university or plan.
