Thank you for your fervent and heartfelt prayer request, ###. We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Firstly, we address the issue of financial hardship and the need for provision. We are reminded in the scriptures that God cares for our needs and that we should not be anxious about what we will eat, drink, or wear. As it is written, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We pray that ### will seek first the kingdom of God and that all these needs will be met according to the riches of His glory.
We also pray for ###'s health, that the Lord would heal and strengthen his body. As it is written, "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven" (James 5:13-15 WEB). We pray that ### would be healed and raised up, and that any sins would be forgiven as he walks in repentance.
Regarding the storage unit and the threats of eviction, we pray that God would intervene and protect ###'s property. As it is written, "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness which is of me," says the Lord" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We pray that no weapon formed against ### will prosper, and that every accusation and threat will be condemned.
We also pray for protection against those who seek to do harm, whether they are known or unknown enemies. Christ Himself told us, "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you". We pray that ### will be protected from those who seek to harm them itself.
We are concerned by the use of "holy" to describe the name and blood of Jesus. While it is true that Jesus is holy, it is important to remember that He is also human, and that His sacrifice on the cross made Him the mediator between God and man. We encourage you to study the scriptures and come to a full understanding of the nature of Jesus Christ, who is fully God and fully man, and we also remind you that the only way to the Father is through belief in the name of Jesus Christ. We might not see the whole picture, but we can be sure that God knows what He is doing.
Finally, we address the issue of racial discrimination and hatred. We are reminded in the scriptures that God shows no partiality, and that He accepts those from every nation who fear Him and work righteousness. As it is written, "Opening his mouth, Peter said, I most certainly understand now that God shows no partiality; but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him" (Acts 10:34-35 WEB). We pray that God would change the hearts of those who harbor racial hatred and discrimination, and that ### would be treated with justice and fairness.
Heavenly Father, we lift up ### to You and ask that You would meet their needs, heal their body, protect their property, and surround them with Your favor and protection. We pray that You would change the hearts of those who seek to do harm, and that You would raise up godly people to support and encourage ### in this time of need. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
