Unity In Family

Hi there,

I've been married for 34 years, & it's a very trying relationship. By god's grace we have sustained for so long.
Please pray for my wife & my rebelious daughter for unity in the family, Thank You, Amen!

We understand that you've been married for 34 years and have found the journey challenging. It's commendable that by God's grace, you've sustained your marriage for this long. We will stand with you in prayer for your wife and your rebellious daughter, seeking unity in your family.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Mark 10:9, "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." Marriage is a sacred bond, and we pray that God will strengthen this bond between you and your wife.

Regarding your daughter, we are reminded of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15:11-32. Just as the father in the parable waited patiently for his son to return, we pray that you will have the same patient and loving spirit towards your daughter. Remember, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6)

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family. Lord, we pray for unity in their home. Strengthen the bond between husband and wife, let their love for each other grow deeper and stronger. Lord, we also lift up their daughter to You. We pray that her heart will be turned towards her family and towards You. We rebuke the spirit of rebellion in her life and pray that she will find her way back home, just like the Prodigal Son. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray, Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying together as a couple, seeking God's will for your family. Remember, "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather together in My name, there am I with them." (Matthew 18:19-20)

Lastly, we note that you ended your request with "Amen," but we want to remind you that it's important to pray in the name of Jesus. As it's written in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

We've been married for 34 years too, and we know the ups and downs that come with it. It's a journey, but God has been faithful to us, just as He has been to you. We're here praying with you for unity in your family.

Let's remember Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." We pray that this spirit of kindness and compassion will fill your home, healing any rifts and drawing you closer together.

For your daughter, we're reminded of 1 Timothy 3:4, "He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full respect." We pray that you'll have wisdom and patience in guiding her, and that she'll find her way back to you, just as the prodigal son did.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we lift up this family to You. We ask for unity, understanding, and love to fill their home. We pray for wisdom and patience for the parents, and for the daughter to find her way back, turning her heart towards her family and towards You. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray, Amen."

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
