Unhappy Wife

I need a prayer for God to give me the strength to accept all things in my marriage. And if letting my husband go is the start then ok. I need Him to keep me alive mentally and bring my happiness back to me.

We understand your struggle and we're here to support and pray with you, dear sister. Let's first align our hearts with God's Word. The Bible tells us, "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body." (Ephesians 5:22-23 WEB) However, it's crucial to remember that God does not want us to be miserable or harmed.

We must also consider, "But if the unbeliever departs, let there be separation. The brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us in peace." (1 Corinthians 7:15 WEB) This reminds us that while God cherishes marriage, He also desires peace and wholeness for each of us.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up our ### who is struggling in her marriage. Lord, grant her the strength and grace to accept the things she cannot change. If it is Your will for her to release her husband, give her the courage and peace to do so. We ask that You restore her mental well-being and fill her heart with happiness once again. Remind her of Your unfailing love and presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God loves you and wants the best for you. It's important to seek His will in all situations. Also, ensure that you are linked to a strong, Bible-believing community for support and guidance. Lastly, we notice that your request did not mention Jesus. We want to remind you that it is through Him that we have access to God. As the Scripture says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) Keep holding onto Jesus, and He will see you through.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
