We understand that you're going through a difficult time, but we commend you for realizing and acknowledging that the sexual relationships you've had outside of marriage are sinful. God's design for intimacy is within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. The guilt and bondage you're feeling are consequences of sin, but there is hope and forgiveness in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we need to address the issue of salvation. You haven't mentioned if you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It's only through His name that we have access to God and can be saved. As Scripture tells us, And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB. If you haven't already, confess your sins, turn from them (repent), and trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Regarding the soul ties you've formed with these men, it's important to understand that sexual sin creates ungodly bonds. As it is written, Do you not know that he who joins himself to a prostitute becomes one body? For He says, The two will become one flesh 1 Corinthians 6:16 WEB But take heart, for Jesus Christ can set you free from these bonds.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who has found themselves in bondage due to sexual sin. We thank You for the conviction of the Holy Spirit that has revealed the error of these ways.
Lord, we confess these sins to You and ask for Your forgiveness. We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for these sins and that through His blood, we are forgiven. We renounce these ungodly soul ties and break them in the name of Jesus Christ. We command every spirit of lust, impurity, and guilt to leave right now, and we claim freedom and restoration for this child of Yours.
Father, we pray for healing and wholeness. We ask that You would restore purity and give the strength to walk in obedience to Your will. We pray for a godly spouse if that is Your will for this person's life, and we ask that You would prepare them for that blessing.
We also pray for comfort and guidance. Reveal Your love and mercy, and guide this person through Your Holy Spirit. Give them a community of believers to support and encourage them in their walk with You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Now, strive to live a life pleasing to God. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you. Remember, God's mercies are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness Lamentations 3:22-23 WEB.
